A bit about us...
Bournemouth Properties is an independent letting agency covering the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas established since 2011.
We take a personal approach towards looking after the properties we manage, in short, we treat your properties and select your tenants, as if the property were our own.

Kashif is our part-time general builder and handles all general repairs professionally and diligently as well as organising more specific works with our trusted directory of tradespersons such as gas and electrical engineers.
Scott has more than 15 years experience in I.T. and security.
He has multiple roles within the company, handling advertising, web management, communication systems as well as financial account management.
Kerry is Property Maintenance Manager and handles property inspections and maintenance. Her attention and eye to detail with extensive experience in the upkeep of properties ensures that problems are spotted early, identified correctly and rectified in good time.
Stephen is Lettings Manager for the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole areas with over 13 years in the property industry. Previous experiences include Sales Negotiator as well as Senior Lettings Manager before establishing Bournemouth Properties in 2011.
