Do you have an empty property but already have an agent marketing for you?

In addition to your current agent, we can help you secure a suitable tenant for your investment property. This will not be an additional cost to you, just extra help in the marketing and tenant sourcing stage. Marketing and viewings are free. You will be able to choose which applicant to accept as your next tenant. You will only pay the relevant agent for the relevant tenant.

Do you currently have a tenant and considering changing your managing agent?

In some circumstances, you may be able to keep your current tenant in situ and still change your managing agent without losing your tenant and without any penalties. We would need to discuss your current setup but have more often than not, found a way to take over management with no loss to the landlord.

Tenant find

Our Tenant Find service ensures that your property is offered to a wide range of potential tenants with marketing on multiple property portals.

We will conduct viewings with all suitable candidates and carry out a comprehensive referencing process consisting of:

Tenant Right To Rent Checks, 

Credit & Affordability Checks,

Landlord Reference Checks,

Employers Reference Checks

and Guarantor Checks (if required)

As well as matching suitable tenants to your property, we will check to see that your property is also up to date with the required certification and other safety regulations so that when it comes to you managing your property, you will have complete peace of mind that all your 'I's are dotted and your 'T's crossed.

We would recommend this service to experienced landlords only. If you are a new landlord, we would recommend using our Full Management Service for the first 6 or 12 months so we may guide you in the various aspects of property management to avoid any costly mistakes through inexperience or mismanagement.

This service is designed to take the day to day responsibilities of looking after a rental property away from our landlords as well as offering complete rent protection and eviction cover to also take away the risk element. We ensure all of our rental properties are compliant with the latest legal requirements. 

Once we have successfully marketed a property and minimised any vacant periods, we ensure that the deposit is registered and all utilities are transferred to the new tenants, arrange rent collections, quarterly property inspections, annual gas safe checks and the renewal of the tenancy and deposit agreements.


Should we need to re-market the property, we ensure that we market in good time to minimise any vacant period in between tenancies.

Should any repairs become necessary, we will arrange any works to be carried out with either trades people of the landlords choice or our own trusted contractors.

We understand that looking after an investment property is not a 'one size fits all' affair and as such, we are able to tailor our services to fit the unique needs of our landlords.

For example, some of our landlords are not resident in the UK and require us to fully act on their behalf, some are comfortable with the administration side of management but not the maintenance and others are able to carry out all aspects of management and only require us to carry out property inspections.
