6 Steps To Renting A Property

Step 1: Register with us either by phone, email or the online form below and let us know who you are and what you are looking for.

Step 2: We will contact you with any properties we have available that match your requirements.

Step 3: Once we have matched you with a suitable property, we will arrange for a suitable time to for you to view at a time that works for you.

Step 4: When you are certain that the property is right for you, we will forward your offer on to the landlord.

Step 5: If your offer is accepted, we will organise for your References, Invoices, Agreements and Right To Rent checks to be carried out.

Step 6: Once all the above have been completed, we will arrange for keys to be released and the property is yours.
